KAMPOT PEPPER

Kampot Pepper is the organic pepper grown in Kampot Province, Kingdom of Cambodia a ‘terroir’ defined by the European Union’s Protected Geographical Indicator (PGI). The natural environment of this region leads to the subtle difference of its quality and taste of green and fresh aromas with a hint of lime blossom which tends to linger on the tongue giving it that distinctive character which is sorted after by culinary chefs throughout the world.

What makes us different ?

We are able to guarantee all out products' quality and their organic compliance at every stage from farm to market as we farm, harvest, select, pack and market them ourselves.
We only use natural fertilizer and every alternate year new soil is added on top and use only natural  repellent from local plant.
We adhere strictly to the Book of Specifications for Kampot Pepper.

Our farm is located within the European union's designated Protected Geagraphical Indication (PGI) area for Kampot Pepper in Kampot Province in  Cambodia.
Our farm has 9,210 poles of mature pepper vines cultivated in traditional organic method and comply with EU's Book Of Specifications For Kampot Pepper.
